After assignment, Orion 3 Hotel issues digital guest access on Orion smart locks — QR code, Apple Wallet pass, Google Wallet pass, NFC or mobile app unlock, according to your property setup.
If a channel-manager reservation is cancelled, reassigned, unassigned or checked out, guest access on Orion smart locks is revoked or updated automatically — no manual key cleanup at reception.
