Yes. Each reservation can generate a QR code key delivered by email. Guests scan it on the lock to open their room, the main entrance or common doors.
Can guests use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Yes. Orion Hotel issues Apple Wallet and Google Wallet hotel passes directly from the PMS, so guests carry their key in the wallet they already use.
Is access revoked automatically?
Yes. After checkout, cancellation, reassignment or unassignment Orion Hotel revokes the digital key automatically. No staff action required.
