The QR code lands in the guest's inbox together with the self check-in instructions. Guests can save it, print it or scan it directly from the email when they arrive.

Guests who prefer Wallet can store the same key as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. The QR sits on the lock screen and opens the door without unlocking the phone.
Opens the main entrance, common doors and room doors
A single QR key handles the whole guest journey: the front entrance, the lift, the gym, the pool and the assigned room. Staff get their own access, guests get only what their reservation needs.
Works with Orion smart locks and Orion hardware
Orion supplies the smart locks, controllers and readers that scan the QR. The system is end-to-end Orion hardware so guest keys, staff access and PMS data stay in sync.
Automatic activation and expiration based on stay dates
The QR key activates on the check-in date and expires on the checkout date. Early arrivals do not work before the room is ready, and late checkouts cannot reopen the door after the stay ends.
